  1. No fee for placement – We do not charge candidates a fee to place them in any of our open positions. Our fees are paid by our clients.
  2. No submission without your permission – We would only submit your resume to a client after we have spoken and mutually agreed the position is a good fit with your experience and interests.
  3. No fake “resume net” jobs – Every job on our website is a truly live opening. As soon as they are filled they come off our website.

Contractor/Temporary Employment Options – W-2 or 1099? – Our consultants may opt for either 1099 or W-2 employment. W-2 contractors may participate in a full range of benefits, to include family healthcare and dental, vision, group term life and 401K. Make sure we have your resume in our database to be considered for upcoming assignments. SUBMIT RESUME

Referral Fee Program – we reach out to many candidates by phone or email. If you see a position that is great fit for a colleague, friend or family member, please make sure they let us know that you referred them to us. Anyone who refers a candidate that is hired for any position within a year of the original referral will be paid a fee determined by the successful candidate’s first year base salary as follows. The referral fee will be paid at the end of the guarantee period – usually 90 days.
