Scott is a partner and the managing director for our executive recruiting practice. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy where he threw the hammer and 35 pound weight as captain of the track team. He has a JD from Fordham Law School. After serving for 5 years as an Army officer, Scott held positions from field sales to CEO of Fortune 50 companies and startups in life sciences, technology and legal services companies. He specializes in recruiting B2B sales and technical candidates in these verticals nationally. Scott and his family live in Rye, NY, a 7 iron from the Dragon Coaster at Playland Park. Scott has coached his and hundreds of other Rye kids in youth soccer, baseball, football and rugby.

Kerian “Cass” Shelver  socialiconLinkedIn

Cass is a partner at CrossPoint. He has been consulting and running global computer consulting teams for a quarter of a century, specializing in SAP GTS installations. His clients include an international list of leaders in their sectors. Originally from South Africa, Cass is a graduate of the University of KwaZulu-Natal. When he isn’t managing the contracting side of our business or installing SAP for global clients, Cass and his family reside in The Woodlands TX.

Joseph has a 20-year history in the United States Army, the last 10 of which have been in Army Recruiting. Joseph loves the process of helping people achieve their career goals and has made it the study of his career to connect people to positions they are passionate about across all levels of responsibility. This passion has propelled him to train hundreds of talent acquisition professionals on how to effectively coach applicants through resume writing and the interview and hiring process. Joseph holds the distinction of being runner-up for Army Recruiter of the Year nationwide, in addition to many regional and local distinctions. He has led entrepreneurial ventures throughout his career culminating in his selection to be the Chief Operations Officer for Liberty Recruiting Company. Joseph’s passion is to give back to society which he does by participating as a board member for a nonprofit focused on youth development and advising nonprofit leaders in organizational governance. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science from Upper Iowa University and a Masters of Public Administration from Grand Canyon University. He and his family reside in Kansas City, MO

Ed is an affiliate of CrossPoint and the Managing Director of 43rd Street Tech. He enjoys connecting companies to highly qualified talent in both technical and sales disciplines. Ed is an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking executive with twenty years’ experience in information technology. He has served in start-up environments and globally recognized thought leaders in technology innovation, such as General Electric, Tata Consultancy Services and Wipro. Throughout his career, he has provided corporate leadership, excelling in the development and implementation of strong strategic alliances, improvement of customer retention, while creating significant new business through sales, marketing and delivery metrics. Active in his community, Ed has served as an advisor to both non-profit and higher education organizations. He graduated with honors from Wenatchee Valley College and continued his studies in the field of social sciences at Washington State University. Ed and his family reside in Tinton Falls, NJ.

In addition to his CEO coaching practice, Al specializes in placing senior executives who are “Renaissance Men and Women,” and who are entrepreneurial leaders – many of whom have had a distinguished military career and/or are Service Academy graduates and hold MBA’s from top-tier business schools. Al also enjoys working with client companies that are early stage, helping them to add staff that bring both technical expertise and leadership experience. Al’s has written a White Paper on the under-utilized role of Chief of Staff, and consults with companies that wish to fill an existing Chief of Staff role or to create such a role in support of the CEO or Chairman. Al  works with companies that are looking for strategic ways to hire military veterans – both transitioning junior officers and seasoned senior executives who are veterans. Al makes his residence at Fenway Park but on rare occasions can be found at his office in Cambridge.
